  • What is so different and unique about B.Different Clothing?

We are an independent streetwear brand with a philosophy that pushes us to approach the market differently. We are irreverent and straightforward and we are not afraid to show it in our collections. All our garments are unique and special, however our limited-edition collections, go beyond being simple clothes, they are conceived as unique wearable artworks and are available in very limited quantity, so once gone they are gone forever. 

SHIPPING

  • How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code by email on the day the order is shipped.

  • Where’s my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

  • What are the shipping rates?

We do offer free shipping worldwide. Please check our shipping policy to have more information.

  • Where do you ship?

We do ship our amazing clothes all around the world.

  • Customs Fees

Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually control. We always offer free shipping, but any additional fees might have to be taken up with customs if your address is outside the USA or Europe.

  • How long does it take for my clothes to get here?

We deliver our items in 3-7 business days maximum starting from the day that the package leaves our warehouse.

  • How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend to contact us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

  • How do I return an item/receive a refund?

You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or credit card. The credit cards that we do accept at the moment are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express,

You can buy our clothes only through our website or through our official social media pages within Facebook and Instagram. 

  • How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures: PayPal or Stripe.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

PRODUCT

  • How limited are your clothes?

It depends on the garment, but all our clothes are limited in some way. Some clothes are only sold for a limited period, while others are produced only in a small batch of pieces. Our most limited clothes are the t-shirt belonging to our collection “Media Dementia”, where for every t-shirt, only 100 pieces were produced.

  • How should I take care of your clothes?

We highly advise to always wash our garments inside out, with cold water, and to let them dry naturally. We also advise not to iron them, but if you do need to iron them, use the iron at the minimum heat and be sure the garment is inside out.
