  • What is so different and unique about B.Different Clothing?

We are the street art and graffiti inspired clothing brand for weirdos, outsiders, and misfits. We craft our clothes to embrace your weirdness. We take pride in creating not simple clothing but wearable artworks.

We drop our collections and products without following any specific market rule, we do it occasionally, whenever we feel we have the right inspiration to create something great.

Our main goal is to push people to think different, challenging the robotic thinking patterns that are present in every society, and that’s why we are against any social label.

SHIPPING

  • How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code by email on the day the order is shipped.

  • Where’s my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

  • What are the shipping rates?

We do offer free shipping worldwide. Please check our shipping policy to have more information.

  • Where do you ship?

We do ship our amazing clothes all around the world and for free.

  • Customs Fees

Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually control. We always offer free shipping, but any additional fees might have to be taken up with customs if your address is outside the USA, Mexico, or Europe.

  • How long does it take for my clothes to get here?

We usually deliver our items in 3-7 business days maximum starting from the day that the package leaves our warehouse.

  • Which courier do we use?
We work together with the national postal services of all the countries we have facilities in. We also work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD. The courier we choose depends on different factors.
At the moment we need to ship, we check which courier would deliver the package to the destination the fastest based on our statistics.
  • How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend to contact us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

  • How do I return an item/receive a refund?

You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or credit card. The credit cards that we do accept at the moment are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express,

You can buy our clothes only through our website or through our official social media pages within Facebook and Instagram. 

  • How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures: PayPal or Stripe.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

PRODUCT

  • How does your clothes fit?

Every t-shirt, tank top, sweatshirt, or hoodie in our shop have its specific size chart within the product page. So, you can easily check it by clicking on the product you are interested. Almost all of our clothes have the size chart both in inches and in centimeters, there are only five t-shirts in our store that have the size chart only in centimeters at the moment. For any doubt you can always contact us by chat or writing us an e-mail.

  • How limited are your clothes?

It depends on the garment, but all our clothes are limited in some way. Some clothes are only sold for a limited period, while others are produced only in a small batch of pieces.

  • How should I take care of the clothes?

To keep the clothes awesome we advise to always wash them inside out, with cold water, and to hang dry them. We also advise not to iron them, but if you really need to iron them, use the iron at the minimum heat and be sure the garment is inside out.
