Please keep in mind that the days start when the package leaves our warehouse. We need between 1-5 business days to fulfill the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the courier carrying your order. But, feel free to contact us for any support regarding your order.
We have fulfillment centers in the USA, Mexico, Japan, the UK, and Europe (Spain and Latvia). Whenever possible, we use the fulfillment center closest to the location where you placed the order to guarantee the most efficient service.
Occasionally, if your order is shipped from a warehouse on a different continent than your shipping address (for example, from outside Europe), delivery may take a few extra days. This is because the package travels a longer distance and may be subject to customs checks before it reaches you.
We work with the national postal services of all the countries where we have facilities. We also work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD. The courier we choose depends on different factors. At the moment we need to ship, we check which courier would deliver the package to the destination the fastest based on our statistics.

At the moment, we cannot ship to the following countries:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
