We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 (approx. €7.95, £6, SEK 79, ¥1146, AUD 13) for orders up to $150 (approx. €75, £63, SEK 730, ¥8,900, AUD 121) and free shipping for orders over $150 (approx. €75, £63, SEK 730, ¥8,900, AUD 121) in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, Japan, and Brazil.
For EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), we ship at a flat rate of $13 (approx. €12, £10, SEK 129, ¥1,600, AUD 19) for orders up to $150 (approx. €179, £150, SEK 1,810, ¥22,100, AUD 290), and free for orders above $150 (approx. €179, £150, SEK 1,810, ¥22,100, AUD 290).
For every other country, we ship at a flat rate of $20 (approx. €18, £15, SEK 190, ¥2,310, AUD 29) for orders up to $225 (approx. €213, £178, SEK 2,150, ¥26,600, AUD 350), and free for orders above $225 (approx. €213, £178, SEK 2,150, ¥26,600, AUD 350).
At the moment, we cannot ship to the following countries:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
The delivery time depends on where you are located, and you will see the estimate delivery time at checkout. Please keep in mind that the days start when the package leaves our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and the courier carrying your order. But, feel free to contact us for any support regarding your order.
We have fulfillment centers in the USA, Mexico, Japan, the UK, and Europe (Spain, and Latvia). Whenever possible, we use the fulfillment center closest to the location where you placed the order to guarantee the most efficient service.
At the moment we need to ship, we check which courier would deliver the package to the destination the fastest based on our statistics.
