Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final! So please double-check the size guide on each product page before placing your order. We want to make sure you find the perfect fit!

However, if the item is faulty, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery day of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to the customer not being home, failure to pick up, an incorrect or incomplete address, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in these cases.

However, we can reship undeliverable items at the customer’s expense upon return, as per our policy on made-to-order products.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we can confirm that the item is damaged, or otherwise faulty, you won't need to return the item, we will ship you a new item. To read more details about this, please check the "Exchanges" section below.

However, if you opt for a full refund instead of a replacement, you will need to send back the faulty item, and the shipping will be at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your items and we cannot be held responsible for that.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to send us high-quality pictures and videos clearly showing the issue concerning your item/s.

Once we control the proof that you submitted concerning the faulty item/s, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will then need to send us your item/s back. Once we receive and inspect the package, if everything looks in order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. We do not do size exchanges.

If you need to replace your item, send us an email at info@bdifferent.clothing or contact us via chat. Since we only exchange items that are faulty, we will need you to send us high-quality pictures and videos clearly showing the issue.
