Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Period)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which your order was delivered. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us via email at info@bdifferent.clothing, through the contact form, or via the live chat on our website.

2. Strict Return Conditions & Depreciation Compensation Penalties

You have the right to examine and try on the garments to check the fit. However, the returned items must arrive at our warehouse in an impeccable, pristine, and resalable condition. If an item is handled beyond what is strictly necessary to establish its fit and characteristics, you are legally liable for its diminished value. We systematically enforce the following deductions during our structural inspection:

  • 100% Depreciation Deduction (No Refund): Applies to all garments that show clear signs of wear that go beyond a mere try-on, items that have been washed, or items returned with damage, stains (deodorant, makeup), pet hair, or clear third-party odors (perfume, cologne, smoke, laundry detergent).

  • Deduction for Tags & Labels: The original product tags, attached brand labels, and unique barcode stickers are considered essential components of the product's retail value. If they have been removed, detached, or damaged, the commercial value of the item is significantly reduced, and a depreciation deduction of at least 50% up to 100% will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Packaging Restoration Fee: The inner transparent protective packaging (polybag) is strictly required for inventory processing. If this is completely missing or destroyed, a flat handling fee of €5.00 / 50 SEK for automated repackaging and ironing will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Return Costs

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or want to withdraw from the contract, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not provide free or prepaid return labels for returns due to change of mind. You must send the items to our logistics center via a fully trackable, insured courier service. We cannot process refunds for packages that do not arrive or are lost in transit by your shipping provider; proof of shipping with tracking is strictly required.

4. No Exchanges (Size or Color)

We do not offer a direct exchange of sizes or colors. If you need a different size, color, or a different model, you must exercise your right of withdrawal by returning your original item to us for a refund in accordance with Point 3. Afterward, you can place a completely new order via our website. We cannot reserve or hold items in the warehouse for exchange requests. The customer bears the entire shipping costs for the return of the original item as well as the shipping fees for the new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or if a structural manufacturing defect occurs over time during contractual and proper use, you must contact us at info@bdifferent.clothing and provide high-quality photographic and video evidence of the defect.

  • Remedy Procedure: Our primary remedy for proven manufacturing defects is to send a replacement item completely free of charge. If a suitable replacement is not available or cannot be delivered, a full refund will be granted.

6. Failed Deliveries, Refused and Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was not collected from the carrier's pickup point within the deadline, the order is not automatically canceled.

  • Reshipping: We will store your item and will gladly reship it to you, provided that the customer bears 100% of the actual costs for the second shipping label.

  • Cancellation: If you wish to treat a failed delivery or an uncollected package as a withdrawal, we will refund the order value including the standard outbound shipping costs. However, a flat uncollected package handling fee of €15.00 / 150 SEK will be deducted from your final refund to cover the direct return shipping costs from the carrier and the warehouse processing costs incurred due to the customer's failure to collect.
