Returns, Withdrawals & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day your order was delivered.

2. Strict Return Conditions & Value Depreciation Penalties

You have the right to inspect and try on garments to check their fit. However, returned items must arrive back at our facility in perfect, pristine, resalable condition.

If an item is handled beyond what is strictly necessary to establish its fit and characteristics, you are legally liable for its diminished value. We systematically enforce the following deductions upon structural inspection:

  • 100% Depreciation Deduction (No Refund): Applied to any garments showing clear signs of wear beyond a basic fitting, items that have been washed, or items returning with damage, stains (deodorant, makeup), pet hair, or distinct third-party odors (perfume, cologne, smoke, laundry detergent).

  • Tag & Label Depreciation Fee: The original product tags, attached brand labels, and unique barcode stickers are considered core components of the product's retail value. If they are removed, detached, or missing, the item’s commercial value is significantly diminished, and a minimum 50% up to 100% value depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Packaging Restoration Fee: The inner transparent protective polybag is required for inventory fulfillment. If it is entirely missing or destroyed, a flat processing fee of €5.00 / 50 SEK to cover industrial repackaging and pressing will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or wish to withdraw from the contract, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We do not provide free or pre-paid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. You must ship the items using a fully trackable, insured courier service to our designated fulfillment center. We cannot process refunds for packages that fail to arrive or are lost in transit by your shipping carrier.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged, or a structural defect appears over time through standard correct usage, you must contact us at info@bdifferent.clothing with high-quality photo and video evidence of the fault.

  • Remedy Process: Our primary remedy for verified manufacturing defects is to ship a replacement item completely free of charge. If a matching replacement is unavailable or cannot be supplied, a full refund will be issued.

5. Failed Deliveries, Refused, and Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was uncollected from a carrier pickup point within the required timeframe, the order is not automatically canceled.

  • Reshipment: We will hold your item and happily reship it to you, subject to the customer paying 100% of the actual cost for the secondary shipping label.

Cancellation: If you choose to treat a failed delivery or an uncollected package as a change-of-mind withdrawal, we will refund the order amount including standard outbound shipping. However, a flat uncollected administrative handling fee of €15.00 / 150 SEK will be deducted from your final refund to cover the direct courier return charges and warehouse processing costs resulting from customer omission.
